Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Axlura. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Axlura ("the Service", "we", "us") is operated by Izaz Ahamed, trading as Smartprocessflow (Bangladesh). We intend to transfer operation of the Service to Axlura Ltd (United Kingdom) on incorporation; these terms will continue to apply, with that company as the operator.
2. What Axlura does — and what it does not
Axlura provides automated accessibility scanning based on the axe-core engine, fix suggestions, an accessibility statement generator, an optional on-page widget script, and periodic monitoring.
Important: automated tools detect roughly 40–60% of WCAG success criteria. Axlura helps you find and prioritise issues, but it does not guarantee compliance with the European Accessibility Act, the ADA, Section 508, or any other law, and it is not legal advice. Full conformance requires a manual audit by a qualified specialist.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- One account per person or organisation, unless we agree otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
- Only scan or monitor websites that you own or have permission to test.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Do not resell or redistribute the Service except as expressly permitted by the Agency plan.
5. The widget script
If you add the Axlura script (ag.js) to your website, it runs in your visitors' browsers and modifies the page's DOM to apply certain fixes and show an accessibility panel. You choose whether to install it and are responsible for testing it on your site. You may remove it at any time by deleting the script tag.
6. Plans, trials and billing
- Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Prices are shown in EUR and may exclude taxes that Paddle adds at checkout.
- Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with no card required.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
8. Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may perform maintenance that briefly interrupts the Service.
9. Your data and content
You retain all rights to the data you submit. You grant us the licence necessary to store and process it in order to operate the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, loss of profit or data, or for any fine, penalty, judgment, or claim brought against you by a third party (including any regulator or individual) relating to the accessibility or legal compliance of your website.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse of the Service. You may close your account at any time; on closure your data is deleted in line with the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes are posted here with a new date; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
