Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern your participation in the Axlura Affiliate Program. By creating an affiliate account, you agree to them, in addition to Axlura's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. The program
The Axlura Affiliate Program lets you earn commission by referring new paying customers to Axlura using your unique referral link. Joining is free and requires no minimum audience size.
2. Commission
- You earn 25% recurring commission on the amount a referred customer actually pays (after any discount), for as long as they remain subscribed.
- Commission is calculated per successful payment — including monthly renewals — not as a one-time bonus.
- Axlura may offer a higher rate to top-performing affiliates at its discretion. Rate changes apply going forward and do not retroactively change commission already recorded.
3. Attribution and cookie window
- Clicking your referral link sets a tracking cookie valid for 30 days.
- You are credited with a referral if the visitor creates an Axlura account within that window.
- Attribution is fixed at the moment an account is created and does not change afterward, even after the cookie expires.
- Self-referrals (using your own link to sign up your own account) are not eligible for commission.
4. Payouts
- Commission is tracked as pending until paid, and marked paid once a payout is sent.
- Once your pending commission reaches €10, you may request a payout from your affiliate dashboard. Payouts are reviewed and sent manually via PayPal or Wise to the payout details you provide.
- You are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date payout details. Axlura is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect details you supplied.
- You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on commission you receive.
5. Refunds and chargebacks
If a referred customer is refunded, cancels within a refund period, or successfully disputes a payment, Axlura reserves the right to deduct the corresponding commission from your current or future payout, or to reclaim it if already paid.
6. Acceptable promotion
You may promote your referral link through blog posts, video content, social media, email newsletters, and direct client outreach. You may not:
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) to promote your link.
- Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Axlura or what it does.
- Bid on "Axlura" or confusingly similar terms in paid search advertising.
- Use cookie-stuffing, forced clicks, incentivized-click schemes, or bots to inflate clicks or referrals.
- Impersonate Axlura or claim to be an official Axlura employee or representative.
7. Relationship
You participate in this program as an independent affiliate, not as an employee, partner, joint venturer, or agent of Axlura. Nothing in these terms creates an employment or exclusive relationship between you and Axlura.
8. Suspension and termination
Axlura may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or suspected abuse, and may withhold unpaid commission connected to the violation. You may stop participating at any time; commission already earned in good faith up to that point remains payable under section 4.
9. Changes to the program
Axlura may modify commission rates, cookie duration, or these terms at any time. Material changes are posted here with an updated date. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, consistent with Axlura's main Terms of Service.
